Delivery timelines can vary significantly based on a range of factors involved in the shipping process. Once an order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, it begins its journey through a complex logistics network, and its delivery can be influenced by several variables. The distance between the origin and destination is a key factor, but many others come into play, including carrier capacity, regional shipping demand, peak seasons, and even weather conditions. In normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 10 to 20 business days. This estimate uses standard business days, excluding weekends and public holidays when carriers typically do not operate.
However, there are times when external conditions can affect the efficiency of the shipping network. Weather events, unexpected surges in shipping volume, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen challenges can cause delays in both domestic and international deliveries. While we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed quickly and packed securely, some delays are beyond our direct control. In such instances, we ask for your patience and understanding as carriers work to resolve these delays and restore normal service.
Given the dynamic nature of logistics, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once an order is processed, the details related to the shipment, such as the delivery address and routing information, are finalized. At this stage, it is not possible to make changes to the destination or reroute a package that is already in transit. Therefore, it is critical for customers to verify all shipping information before completing their purchase. Providing accurate address details helps ensure that packages are routed correctly and minimizes the chance of delays or errors during transit.
Throughout its journey, each package may pass through various sorting centers and checkpoints, each with its own workload and operational conditions. High volumes of packages, local demand spikes, or even weather-related slowdowns can all impact how quickly a package moves through the system. Occasionally, shipments may be temporarily held if an address issue arises or if additional delivery confirmation is needed. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will notify the customer immediately, remove the item from the order, and issue a refund for that specific part of the purchase.
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or destination. Depending on the carrier and delivery location, a signature or the recipient’s presence may be required at the time of delivery. If the initial delivery attempt fails, the carrier will generally attempt to redeliver the package on a later date. However, if multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us, and the order will be canceled. In these cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
To keep our customers informed, we provide tracking details for all shipments. This allows customers to monitor the progress of their orders in real-time. Tracking information includes updates on the order’s preparation, shipment, and movement through the carrier’s network, offering transparency and peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
Occasionally, there may be situations that prevent an order from being processed or shipped. These can include items being out of stock, unsupported destinations, shipping to PO Boxes when physical addresses are required, or issues with payment verification. Incomplete or inaccurate information can also delay order processing or result in cancellation.
If a customer receives an item that does not match their order, we encourage them to reach out to us promptly for assistance with a return and refund. In cases of sizing issues, we accept returns but require customers to place a new order for an exchange. If there is a delay beyond the expected delivery window, checking the tracking information is the first step. If tracking details are unclear or show no updates for an extended period, our customer support team is available to investigate the issue and help resolve it, guiding customers toward the best next steps.
